    Great video and explanation from the lens of tensegrity. Another way of looking at what many “traditional” movement and medicine practices have been teaching for millennia. E.g. Traditional Chinese Medicine, AYUSH, various soft style Qi and other Gong lineages.

    ... after age 60 when you lost movement... how to hydrate hidden corners... my advice is start looking for lost movement since age 50, train moving an expanding and practicing for the rest of your life...
